2025 - 2026 New Student Application & Records Night

Monday, February 3, 2025

6:00 - 7:00 pm in the cafeteria.

On this records night you will be required to provide the following:

• The registration fee of $165.00 for your first student in grades K-4th
• The registration fee of $150 for your second student in grades K-4th
• The registration fee of $175 for your student in a PK Program
• The non-support fee of $350.00 per student in grades K-7 if you did not support St. Ann Church Parish financially last year
• Your student's original birth & baptismal certificates.
• Your student's original social security card
• An up-to-date official State of Louisiana Universal Certificate of Immunizations (LINKS document)
• If applicable, a copy of the latest or final report cards from Kindergarten through present grade level and any standardized test scores (TerraNova, ACT Aspire, CTBS, LEAP, IOWA, etc.)

We will make copies on this night of these documents for our records and return your originals. If you would like to make your own copies, please make sure it is a clear copy with all edges and seals visible. Reduce the copy size as necessary.  But you must still bring the originals.

You will be notified of acceptance by Friday, February 7, 2025.
