Walk Through Tours

If you would like to see our school and learn more about our programs, we offer campus tours on various dates throughout the fall and early spring. Tours last approximately one hour and are geared towards parents. 

Pre-registration for a tour is required.

Admissions Process

  1. The application window for the 2026-2027 school year will open on October 1, 2025. St. Ann School only accepts hard-copy applications, which must be picked up at the St. Ann School front office beginning on October 1.
  2. Completed applications are accepted during school business hours - Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. We will also collect a $25 non-refundable Application Fee with your application, which can be paid via cash or check (payable to St. Ann School).
  3. Applications for our PK programs are due on December 12, 2025. Applications for Kindergarten and above are due on January 16, 2026. An application does not guarantee admission. All applications are reviewed by our Admissions Committee. Admission is granted according to availability in the program or grade level, student’s academic record, and the parishioner categories set forth by the Archdiocese of New Orleans as stated below. If we receive more applications than space available, we will maintain a waiting pool of interested applicants.
  4. After we receive your application, you may be asked to attend a Meet and Greet session with your child. We will email you a link to sign-up for a session if applicable.
  5. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email on Friday, February 6, 2026.
  6. Parents of newly accepted students must attend a New Student Registration & Records Night on Monday, February 9, 2026, to confirm your child’s acceptance and complete the registration process. You must bring the documents listed below for your student, along with the Registration Fee and Non-Support Fee, if applicable. More information will be provided in the acceptance email sent on February 6.

- Baptismal Certificate

- Updated State of Louisiana Universal Certificate of Immunizations

- Most Recent Report Card

- Final Report Cards for all previous grade levels completed

- Standardized Test Scores (3rd - 7th Grades)

- Current Custody Record, if applicable

  7. Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year will be due on May 1, 2026.

General St. Ann School Information

School Hours:

PK2, PK3, PK4:  8:35am - 2:45pm 

Kindergarten - 7th Grade:  8:35am - 3:15pm


Before, After and Holiday Care is available at an additional cost.  Before care begins at 7:00am and After Care ends at 5:30pm.


Hot lunch is available for purchase in the Cafeteria, or students may bring their lunch.  PK2 Students eat lunch in their classrooms. 


Children must be fully potty-trained for the PK3 and PK4 programs.


PK Program Information

In addition to uniforms, PK students are also required to purchase a tote bag and nap pad.

Our PK2 program complies with all “Type 1” licensing regulations. All other programs are accredited by the State of Louisiana and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement. 


PK2 Program Overview

Our program includes various activities to help students with their social, physical, and academic growth. Free play, learning centers, music & movement, arts & crafts, story time, outside play, hands on activities, and verbal interaction are targeted to engage your child in a warm and nurturing environment. Students must reach the age of 2 by September 30th. We offer 3-Half Days, 3- Full Days or 5-Full Days for our 2 year old (PK2) program 

PK3 Program Overview

Three year olds learn through directed play, art, and activities as a method of instruction. Centers are planned with games, manipulatives and activities to develop independence, enhance motor skills, encourage creative thinking, and promote the ability to cooperate with others. Every opportunity is used to teach facts, build skills, and develop concepts. The religion program "Beginner's Bible" is part of the curriculum. Students must reach the age of 3 by September 30th and students must be potty trained by the first day of school. We offer 3-Half Days, 3-Full Days or 5-Full Days for our 3 year old (PK3) program. 

PK4 Program Overview

Religion: We use Discovering God’s World by William H. Sadlier. Language Arts: Our literature based program emphasizes letter recognition and phonemic awareness. Letter recognition and sounds are emphasized through manipulatives, music, art, cooking, literature, and many other related activities. Social Studies/Science: We explore concepts weekly using literature, manipulatives and other activities. Math: The students experience math concepts and skills through activities which relate to the language and unit curriculums. Child must be age 4, and potty trained by September 30th. 


All PK3 & PK4 students have monitored access to computers in the classroom and receive enrichment classes in Physical Education, Music and Library time.
